About Tiny Hanger Wellesley
Tiny Hanger is a Wellesley mom-owned children’s boutique that Lucia Berman-Rossi started. Lucia used to go on regular walks through Boston and regularly pass by an empty storefront. As she walked, she dreamed of all the possibilities she could make happen with the space. It wasn’t until her daughter was born that she decided it was time to take a chance.
She purchased the store in October 2011 and went to work creating a family-friendly boutique. Lucia worked to find pieces she knew she would want as a parent. She also began looking for locally-produced and handmade items so she could deliver products you can’t find anywhere else.
Since opening the shop, it’s become a favorite for families all across Boston. It was soon time to expand, and she chose an adorable space in Wellesley’s Linden Square. She moved her original Boston shop to 314 Harvard Street to give families a more convenient spot downtown. These days, Lucia’s family helps out quite a bit.
Lucia’s husband helps out on the weekends while their daughter works with them to find products kids will adore. They’ve also built up a magnificent team of employees. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by experts who can’t wait to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
The team partners with organizations centered on strengthening the community. While they already have flexible hours, they provide additional appointments through FaceTime. You can check out the Wellesley location at 200 Linden Square.
